Blepharoplasty

The eyelids area and its surrounding skin are under a constant adverse action of exogenous (pollution, sunlight) and endogenous (age, genes) factors that induce skin aging. As time goes by some unwanted signs occur: skin laxity, fat accumulation (sacks) and wrinkles formation. Traditional plastic surgery could offer solutions only in skin laxity and fat accumulation, but was not indicated for wrinkles. It also resulted in a longer post operative period due to bruising, swelling and micro-hemorrhage that occurred during the operation.

It is a success in both women and men. Blepharoplasty can be perfectly combined with a face-lift operation or full-face Laser resurfacing or even Botulinum toxin injections.
